WHY NOMINATE?

Exceptional People, Exceeding Expectations

In the current economic climate, the traditional role of the NED has come under scrutiny. Yet it is in these testing times that exceptional NEDs can make the most significant impact on companies' survival and success. The 5th Annual NED Awards aim to identify those individuals that have played a pivotal role in business.

The Awards acknowledge the role of a Non-Executive Director, Chairman or Trustee across any size of company/organisation, and across all sectors of business.

Categories are:

• FTSE 100
• Not for Profit / Public Service
• Quoted – AIM
• Quoted – Official List
• Unquoted / Private Equity Backed

WHO NOMINATES?

We have received hundreds of nominations each year.

Nominations are submitted not only from chief executives and senior management but also academics, accountants, advisors, analysts, charitable trust managers, fund managers, journalists, lawyers, executive board members, other non-executives and previous winners.
